
UPC has opened a department dedicated to customer service. The focus of the Client Experience Center (CEC) is to create a singularly unique experience for both our agency partners and policyholders and to redefine industry norms.
The Client Experience Center's Underwriting Advocates strive to provide the most optimal personal and professional service our agents and policyholders expect and deserve with the goal of resolving any issue in one call, having full underwriting authority. Regardless of the need — new policy transactions, processing endorsements, completing home self-inspections, addressing renewal issues, or answering billing questions — our Advocates will be a one-stop-shop for agents and policyholders alike.
This department is another way UPC is Keeping the Promise® and further aligning with our foundational value of "ease of doing business."
The CEC is located in Tampa, Florida and currently handles the customer services for Florida (Condominium policies only), Georgia, Louisiana, New York (Non-Interboro), South Carolina, and Texas policies, with the plan to service all Florida homeowners' policies in the near future.
